Our minds are full of ideas, the good, bad and even ugly. We need to be mindful that not all of our thoughts comes from God or align with the plans God has for us. If we execute everything idea that comes to us, then we might be at risk of executing even the plans influenced by the enemy. As believers, we know that we are constantly battling, our flesh against the spirit, each seeking to be in control, but with discernment, we can differentiate between God’s ideas and the ideas coming from the flesh or those influenced by the enemy.
Be sanctified in God’s truth! His word is truth! John 17:17. Jesus moved through the power of the Holy Spirit, and He prayed that we will all do same. He even said we will do greater than He did, so I pray the body of Christ will be revitalize to use God power on earth. The same Spirit that raised Christ Jesus from the dead lives with us, and is in us. He is ready and willing to use us, if we can only open our hearts truly to allow Him to move freely. If you Surrender today to the Holy Spirit, He will change your life.
Be patient and wait for God’s appointed time! He will never disappoint you. He says even though you through the fire, you shall not be burned, even though you go through the water, you shall not drown. (Isaiah 43:2) God got you covered. Trust and wait on His time.
Sometimes when your spirit feels down or you feel sad, it is always a good idea to do something that will remove you from that state. Sometimes the enemy uses this time to put ideas and cause you to become more sad, remembering your past sins, guilt and failures. He does this to pull you away from God, cause doubt and to create an open door for spirits to gain access.
The bible says resist the devil and he will flee from you. One of the ways I have learned to resist the devil and motivate my spirit is to recite the scriptures I can remember. I have found that practicing this type of brain juggler or stimulation has several benefits, yields beautiful and instantaneous results to my spirit and I want to share some of the benefits with you.
“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12
